Where is So Hilarious based?
We are based in the North West of England in the UK. We print, pack and dispatch all of your orders from the UK!
How do I take care of my garment to protect the print?
Please refer to our 'garment care' page in the bottom menu to make sure you love and care for your printed design when washing, drying or ironing it. Follow our care tips and your design will last long enough for you to make some great memories in it.
What countries to you ship to?
We ship across the world. Postage times depends on your location. We use tracked postage so you're covered in case a parcel is lost. If you're order isn't tracked we can't guarantee replacements if a parcel is lost. Taxes may apply in some countries for orders over a certain amount. Check your government website for details on taxes.
Will Brexit mess with my order?
Unfortunately, EU customers may be asked to pay additional taxes or customs fees upon receiving their orders. See your local Government website for details about this.
How long will my order take to arrive?
As your gorgeous t'shirts are freshly printed to order we need 6-8 *working days to print, and then once dispatched, you can expect your order within:
• UK + 1-2 days depending on your postage choice
• Europe - depends on location / can take up to 6 weeks
• USA - depends on your location / can take up to 6 weeks
*Working days are Monday - Friday 9-5pm. We believe that all good things are worth waiting for. Make sure you read the 'about us' page to see why we're passionate about quality products and are not happy about 'fast fashion'!
What inks do you use and why does my t'shirt smell?
We use water based and vegan inks. Everything is printed fresh and sent out when dry. Sometimes there will be a fresh ink smell on garments but rest assured the ink is non-toxic and will disappear after you wash your garment.
How do you give back?
We pick from various charities that support women, the LGBTQ+ communities and young people. Currently each T-Shirt sale will mean a donation to Barrow Women's Community Matters a charity based in North West England who help women, young people and their families.
Is it secure and safe to checkout?
Our checkout uses Shopify Payments, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for 100% secure and safe transactions. We want you to love your items, so if anything you buy isn't perfect, just let our friendly support team know. Please make sure you read our refund policy guidelines before you buy and double check your size.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on location. The table below summarises costs for postage. We use tracking for postage as this means if anything should go wrong with your order we can track it and issue a refund / replacement for you.
Please note: Using standard Postage and not tracked for any returns will not be covered if an issue with delivery.
What is ROW on the postage? It means 'Rest of World'.
