Garment Care & Laundry Guidelines

We've sourced the highest quality organic t'shirts for you and have found the highest quality non-toxic inks to print with.

When you receive your garments they need you to love them and take the best care of them. This means they need to be washed and cared for in a certain way to make them last longer.

Step 1: Wash and dry your items inside out

This is the most effective way to keep your printed designs lasting longer. You're also preventing other items in the wash interfering with your t'shirt and damaging it. Wash bright colours such as the sweatshirts separately.

Step 2: Wash your garment on a low temperature

Set your washing machine to a low temperature is not only good for your printed t'shirt but the simple act of turning the temperature down cuts CO2 emissions and helps save the planet.

High temperatures can damage items and not to mention use up a lot of energy! Keeping your machine on a low-heat or cold wash can ensure the print and material are protected during the cycle. Plus, you can feel smug that you've helped the environment even more.

Step 3: Don’t add extra spins

A lot of people love to add extra spins to their washing machine’s cycle but we advise against it when washing printed garments.

Step 4: Use a mild washing detergent

Strong detergents often have harsh chemicals in them that can wear out your clothing and can be rough on the environment. We recommend you pick something kinder for your wash and for the planet. There are plenty of eco laundry detergents that are phosphate-free and biodegradable, plus the scents usually come from natural essential oils.

Step 5: Do not tumble dry

Air drying on a clothing drying rack or washing line keep your prints protected and looking fresh. Again, you'll also be cutting down on CO2 emissions and helping the planet.

Step 5: Always iron inside out

Prints do not like irons as they damage them with direct heat. We advise turning your clothes inside out to protect your print. Also, set the iron to a low heat so you don't over apply heat which will potentially damage your item.

With proper care and following our laundry guidelines above your t'shirts should last you a long time. We want you to love your t'shirt and make many happy memories in it!
